eSun Holdings Limited ("eSun") is an integrated media and entertainment company focused on the global Chinese audience, and on the global audience that is increasingly interested in Chinese-produced entertainment. eSun also owns 40% effective interest in Macao Studio City project. Macao Studio City will be one of Asia's leading integrated leisure resorts combining theatre/concert, live entertainment facilities, Studio RetailTM (a destination retail complex), Las Vegas-style gaming facilities and world-class hotels. The project will be developed on a site strategically located "Where Cotai BeginsTM", next to the Lotus Bridge immgration checkpoint, linking the complex directly to Zhuhai's Hengqin Island.
